Responsibilities:
- Accurately select items from inventory based on order forms or system prompts.
- Package products securely and efficiently, ensuring product integrity during transit.
- Verify product codes and quantities to maintain order accuracy.
- Prepare packages for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely as needed.
- Follow all established safety protocols, including the correct use of PPE.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a picking and packing role is highly desirable.
- Physical stamina to handle frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of accuracy.
- Ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining quality.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Must be willing to comply with all safety regulations and wear required PPE.
- Basic understanding of warehouse logistics is a plus.
