We are hiring a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our bustling facility in Los Angeles, California. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be an integral part of our logistics operations, contributing to the efficient handling, storage, and movement of goods. Your duties will include receiving and inspecting incoming materials, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments for dispatch. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized workspace. You will operate various warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks, and may be trained on forklifts. Safety is our top priority, and adherence to all company safety guidelines, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is mandatory. This position involves significant physical activity, including frequent lifting of items up to 50 pounds. We are looking for reliable individuals who can work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock received goods into designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Prepare outgoing shipments and stage them for carrier pickup.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment like pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Assist with inventory counts and checks.
- Follow all safety procedures and use appropriate PPE.
- Support overall logistics and warehouse operations as directed.
- Perform heavy lifting as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics.
- Commitment to safety and ability to follow instructions.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and PPE.
