We are hiring a Fulfillment Associate for our Baltimore, Maryland location! This role is at the heart of our e-commerce operations, ensuring that products are processed and dispatched to customers quickly and accurately. You will be involved in various stages of fulfillment, including receiving goods, managing inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments. A strong understanding of logistics and a commitment to safety are paramount. We require all associates to use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow all established safety guidelines to prevent accidents. This fast-paced environment requires individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and physically capable.
Responsibilities:
- Process incoming shipments, verify quantities, and inspect for damage.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using established procedures.
- Prepare shipments for delivery, including labeling and documentation.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent tracking and reporting.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE.
- Contribute to achieving daily fulfillment targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in fulfillment or warehouse operations is highly desirable.
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines.
- Willingness to strictly adhere to safety regulations and wear PPE.
- Familiarity with shipping software and logistics processes is a plus.
- Team player with good communication skills.
