Are you ready to be a key player in our Seattle, Washington distribution center? We are seeking enthusiastic and dependable Distribution Center Associates to join our logistics team. In this role, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, from receiving and stocking to picking, packing, and shipping orders. Your contribution is essential to ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. We value efficiency, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate is energetic, possesses strong problem-solving skills, and can adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment. Experience with warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks or forklifts, is a plus, but not required as training will be provided. Safety is paramount; you will be expected to strictly follow all safety guidelines and wear the necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. This position requires the ability to perform frequent lifting of items up to 50 lbs and to stand, walk, and operate in a physically demanding setting. A grasp of logistics and supply chain processes will help you succeed.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts with proper certification).
- Maintain inventory accuracy through careful handling and tracking.
- Ensure the warehouse environment is clean, organized, and safe.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and wear required PPE.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in warehouse operations.
- Assist with other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and operate various warehouse equipment.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Understanding of logistics and order fulfillment processes.
