We are looking for enthusiastic Picker/Packers to join our vibrant team in Las Vegas, Nevada. In this role, you will be the backbone of our order fulfillment process, ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Your primary duties will involve accurately picking items from warehouse locations using scanners and order sheets, and then carefully packing these items into appropriate shipping containers. Precision and speed are key, as is maintaining a safe and organized workspace. You will be working within a fast-paced logistics environment, so adaptability and a strong work ethic are essential. We provide comprehensive training and all necessary PPE to ensure your safety and comfort. Responsibilities:
- Accurately select items from warehouse shelves based on order specifications.
- Verify picked items against order sheets to ensure accuracy.
- Package items securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Apply shipping labels and any necessary documentation to packages.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Adhere strictly to all warehouse safety regulations and protocols.
- Participate in inventory management tasks as needed.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to meet daily targets.
- Utilize handheld scanners and other warehouse technology effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all logistics department procedures.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, and perform repetitive motions.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment and logistics processes is a plus.
- Must wear required PPE at all times.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
