This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping. A strong focus on safety is essential; you will be responsible for enforcing all safety regulations, conducting safety audits, and ensuring proper use of PPE . This role requires strong organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. You will play a crucial role in optimizing our logistics processes and ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain. While leadership is key, you may occasionally need to assist with physical tasks, including lifting up to 40 lbs.
