Become a vital part of our operations as a Fulfillment Associate at our state-of-the-art facility in Portland, Oregon. This role is central to our entire logistics chain, focusing on the accurate and efficient processing of orders from receipt to dispatch. You will handle a variety of tasks, including receiving goods, storing them appropriately, picking items for orders, and packing them with care. The Fulfillment Associate is key to ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining high standards of accuracy and speed. We are committed to a safe working environment, and all team members are expected to follow strict Safety protocols.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming inventory.
- Store products in designated warehouse locations using proper techniques.
- Accurately pick items based on order requirements using RF scanners.
- Pack orders carefully, ensuring product integrity during transit.
- Conduct quality checks on all outgoing shipments.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and stock verification.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our Logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center preferred.
- Ability to handle physical demands, including regular Lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
- Familiarity with warehouse Safety practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
- Willingness to adhere to all PPE requirements.
- Basic understanding of Logistics and supply chain operations.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
