We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to join our Nashville, Tennessee team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse inventory. Your work will directly support the efficiency of our overall logistics operations by maintaining precise stock counts, managing stock locations, and assisting with receiving and dispatch processes. Responsibilities include performing regular cycle counts, reconciling inventory discrepancies, and utilizing our inventory management system to track stock movement. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to accuracy. A safe working environment is our priority, so strict adherence to all safety guidelines and the proper use of PPE is expected. While the role is primarily data-focused, occasional physical tasks may be required, including Lifting of inventory items up to 30 lbs. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately track and record inventory levels.
- Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Manage stock rotation and organization within the warehouse.
- Process receiving and shipping documents related to inventory.
- Utilize inventory management software effectively.
- Generate inventory reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
- Wear appropriate PPE when necessary.
- Assist with Lifting of inventory as needed.
- Contribute to the smooth running of our logistics processes through effective inventory control.
