We are looking for a motivated Picker/Packer to join our team in Detroit, Michigan. In this essential role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting items for orders and preparing them for shipment. Your primary duties will include reading picking lists, locating products within the warehouse, using hand-held scanners to record inventory movements, and carefully packing items to ensure they are protected during transit. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment is paramount, and all associates are required to adhere strictly to company Safety policies and procedures. The use of appropriate PPE , such as gloves and safety glasses, is mandatory. This position requires a high level of accuracy and efficiency, as well as the ability to perform consistent physical tasks, including standing for extended periods, walking, bending, and frequent Lifting of items up to 50 pounds. A team-oriented mindset and a strong work ethic are essential. You will play a crucial role in our Logistics operations, ensuring customer satisfaction through accurate and timely order fulfillment.
