We are looking for a motivated Fulfillment Associate to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role is critical to ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be involved in all aspects of order fulfillment, including picking, packing, kitting, and preparing orders for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Label and stage outgoing shipments according to carrier requirements.
- Perform quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
- Assist with receiving and putting away incoming inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all logistics and safety standards.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment safely.
- Contribute to inventory control through accurate order picking and stock management.
- Wear appropriate PPE as required by safety protocols.
- Participate in team efforts to achieve daily fulfillment goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment or warehouse setting is advantageous.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform frequent lifting of up to 35 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes in logistics.
