Responsibilities:
- Accurately picking items from warehouse shelves based on order specifications.
- Packing orders with care and efficiency, using appropriate packaging materials.
- Conducting quality checks on picked items for damage or defects.
- Labeling packages accurately for shipment.
- Using RF scanners and other equipment to track inventory and orders.
- Assembling shipping boxes and preparing them for dispatch.
- Maintaining a clean and organized packing station and work area.
- Adhering to all warehouse Safety standards and procedures, including proper use of PPE.
- Assisting with inventory counts and stock rotation.
- Collaborating with team members to meet daily order fulfillment targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or warehouse operations is advantageous.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform repetitive motions.
- Comfortable with Lifting items up to 35 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Basic understanding of warehouse logistics and inventory control.
- Dedication to Safety and following all guidelines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- A team-oriented mindset and willingness to help others.
