Job Summary:
Join our vibrant team as a Shipping & Receiving Associate in Raleigh, North Carolina! This role is fundamental to our operations, ensuring the smooth flow of goods in and out of our facility. You will be responsible for the accurate receiving of incoming inventory, inspecting for damage, and properly stocking items. On the shipping side, you'll process orders, pick and pack items, and prepare them for dispatch. This position demands reliability, efficiency, and a strong commitment to Safety. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations, including knowledge of inventory management systems and shipping procedures. You'll be working closely with a team to maintain high levels of productivity and accuracy. We value attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. This role involves regular physical demands, including frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs, and requires the consistent use of appropriate PPE. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
  • Unpack, sort, and stock inventory in designated locations.
  • Process outgoing orders, including picking, packing, and staging.
  • Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct cycle counts.
  • Prepare shipping documentation and schedule carrier pickups.
  • Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and adheres to Safety standards.
  • Utilize company-provided PPE as required for all tasks.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.
  • Handle regular Lifting of inventory items throughout the shift.
