We have an excellent opportunity for a Warehouse Associate in Fort Worth, Texas! Join our dedicated team and contribute to the efficient flow of goods within our distribution center. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in a range of essential tasks, including receiving and inspecting merchandise, accurately picking and packing customer orders, stocking inventory, and preparing shipments for dispatch. This role is integral to our logistics operations, ensuring that our products reach our customers reliably and on time. We place a high emphasis on workplace safety, and all associates must adhere to strict safety guidelines and wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The position requires physical stamina, including the ability to perform frequent lifting and moving of products. Previous experience in a warehouse or similar fast-paced environment is beneficial. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack items according to order specifications.
- Replenish inventory stock on shelves and in storage locations.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Assist with loading outbound shipments as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets.
