We are seeking dependable Warehouse Workers to join our team in Kansas City, Missouri. This role is crucial for the daily operations of our logistics hub, ensuring the efficient handling and storage of goods. You will be involved in various warehouse tasks, contributing to the overall success of our distribution efforts. We are committed to fostering a safe work environment, requiring all employees to follow strict Safety guidelines and utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The position requires the ability to perform physical tasks, including regular Lifting, so a good level of fitness is essential. Responsibilities:
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks and containers.
- Sort and organize incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately.
- Stage orders for shipment.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse.
- Conduct inventory checks as required.
- Adhere to all Safety regulations and protocols.
- Wear and maintain required PPE.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for entire shift.
- Must be able to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 60 pounds.
- Familiarity with warehouse logistics and inventory management is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Willingness to follow all Safety procedures and wear PPE.
