What to ExpectIn this role, you’ll work at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities, ensuring that production line equipment and innovative technologies run like clockwork. Whether you’re diagnosing faults or enhancing performance, you’ll play a vital role in the growing world of electric vehicles.
Here’s a glimpse of your day-to-day responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to deliver safe and efficient production performance.
- Ensure maximum equipment uptime.
- Maintain cutting-edge manufacturing technologies, including automated equipment such as robots, welding systems, and complex tooling.
- Contribute to exciting equipment and automation projects.
- Promote and uphold safe working practices.
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- An indentured apprenticeship or a BTec Level 3 certificate (or equivalent) in mechanical/electrical maintenance or engineering.
- Experience in a manufacturing, production, or automated environment.
- Knowledge of PLC, electrical control, and mechanical systems.
- The right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship (this role is not eligible for sponsorship).
