Join our growing Distribution Center team in Huntsville, Alabama as a Distribution Center Associate! We are looking for energetic and reliable individuals to play a key role in our warehouse operations. As a Distribution Center Associate, your responsibilities will include receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling customer orders, packing and preparing items for shipment, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This position is crucial to ensuring the efficient flow of goods and timely fulfillment of orders, directly impacting customer satisfaction. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to Safety are essential qualities for success. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick items from warehouse shelves according to order specifications.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Operate manual material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper record-keeping.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Adhere strictly to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Wear all required PPE, including safety vests and footwear.
- Follow safe Lifting techniques and proper ergonomic practices.
- Support the overall logistics and distribution process through dedicated work.
