Cleaning supervisor

We have an immediate need for a Site Supervisor at a warehouse facility in Windsor, ON. As the Site Supervisor, you will lead a team of janitorial staff to deliver exceptional results.

Position Details

This position is Monday to Friday,7:00 am to 3:00 pm, with the flexibility to work additional hours.

As a site supervisor, your duties may include…

• Ensure that the client receives exceptional customer service through regular communication with onsite representatives, responding to service quality issues on a timely basis and promoting a service oriented culture
• Prepare shift schedules and work assignments in accordance with contract requirements, ensuring the efficient delivery of services
• Promote a healthy & safe work environment by ensuring that all CCS employees follow safe operating policies and procedures
• Provide support with the training of new employees
• Ordering of supplies, tools & equipment and management of a preventative maintenance program
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleaning standards are met
• Support with cleaning duties
• Manage communication with radio
• Other duties as reasonably required from time to time

What do I need?

• You have 1-3 years of experience working within the facility services industry in a leadership role.
• You have a Valid G driver's license with a clean record.
• You have strong knowledge of best practices in the cleaning industry including cleaning processes, environmentally sustainable products, tools, equipment and machinery.
• You demonstrated people management skills.
• You are an excellent planner and has organizational skills.
• You have the ability to problem-solve and meet unforeseen demands

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 40 pounds
• Stand and/or walk throughout the duration of the shift
• Able to bend, stretch, lift, push, pull and carry, climb stairs
• Operate equipment when required
