As a Prep Cook, You Will

• Complete daily preparation of food
• Ensure food is prepped with a high quality and in a timely fashion
• Maintain the kitchen cleanliness and sanitation
• Organize work areas as well as storage areas
• Maintain a high standard of safety and sanitation
• Communicate with kitchen staff, cooks, sous chef, and the
  Head Chef
• Follow instructions as directed by Sous Chef or Head Chef
• Assist in all areas of the kitchen as required
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and
  safety standards
• Clean kitchen and work area
• Follow all operations policies and procedure
• Work alongside of the restaurant team to establish a safe
  and fun atmosphere

Who You Are

• Positive and outgoing personality
• Love for building strong relations with team members
• Availability -  Mornings, 1 or 2 shifts per week
• Must possess a desire for personal and
  professional development
• Ability to multitask and maintain high energy in a
  fast-pace environment
• A desire to have fun a work, when you have fun, our guests do too

What You Bring

• Cooking or prep experience is an asset
• A culinary diploma or degree is considered an asset
