UX Designer

Responsibilities:

• Lead the entire UX
  design process, from initial concept to final implementation, ensuring a
  seamless user experience throughout.
  
• Collaborate closely with
  cross -functional project teams to understand the problem space, articulate
  the project goals, and define user and business needs.
  
• Conduct user research
  and usability testing to gain insights into user behaviors, preferences,
  and pain points.
  
• Create wireframes,
  prototypes, and interactive mockups to effectively communicate design
  concepts and interactions.
  
• Collaborate with
  developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs, providing
  guidance and support throughout the development process.
  
• Continuously iterate and
  improve designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and emerging
  industry trends.
  
• Act as a mentor and
  provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity,
  collaboration, and innovation.
  Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's
    degree in Design, Human -Computer Interaction, or a related field.
    
  • 3+ years of experience
    in UX design, preferably with a focus on end -to -end product design.
    
  • Strong portfolio
    showcasing a diverse range of design projects, demonstrating your ability
    to solve complex problems with intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
    
  • Proficient in
    industry -standard design tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma) and
    prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, ).
    
  • Deep understanding of
    user -centered design principles and methodologies, and the ability to
    apply them in a practical and efficient manner.
    
  • Excellent communication
    and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design
    decisions and influence stakeholders at all levels.
    
  • Experience working in
    Agile development environments is a plus.
    
  • Passion for staying up
    to date with the latest UX design trends, tools, and technologies.
