Peninsula Co-op  is inviting applications for the position
of Shift Supervisor , for our Ironwood Fuel and
Convenience Centre  located at 940 Ironwood Street, Campbell River, BC V9W 5K7. This
role is a permanent full-time  opportunity offering  hours of work per week . Our ideal candidate has fully open availability through tout the week (weekends inclusive)

Know their way around under the hood of a car is also helpful, but not
essential - we train for this.

Confidently step in for management when needed and help protect people,
environment, and property

WHAT
YOU'LL BE DOING

Supporting the Manager and the Assistant Manager, the Shift Supervisor
acts in a leadership capacity to ensure the effective operation of the
department. Key areas of responsibility include ensuring a pleasant,
comfortable, and safe shopping experience for our customers; being a role model
for the team and providing support to enable them to do their jobs and develop
their skills. Growth and training opportunities are available if you are
