Job Purpose
This
position is primarily responsible for ensuring that inbound and outbound orders
processed accurately and in a timely manner.  The incumbent provides
administrative support for the warehouse and acts as liaison with other
departments requiring warehouse information.
Duties and Responsibilities
Receive drivers upon arrival, for delivery or pickup.
-Assign doors, check driver licence and instruct safety precautions
Verify inbound orders and enter receiving lot numbers in WMS
Releasing outbound orders to warehouse team through WMS
-Wave orders and print pick tickets
Prepare outbound order packages
-CoA, Kosher Certs, SDS, BOL,
Communication (Phone, E-Mail, Systems
-Execute required customer communications (phone, email, customer portals)
-Outbound appointment booking
-Forward documents to contacts provided
-Contacts external carriers regarding Pickup and Delivery Appointments
-Interacts regularly with Customer Care and Supply Chain and Logistics departments
-Delivery status
-Order anomalies
-Distribution of internal documents
CoA Upload
-Scan and Index
-Follow-up on missing CoA's
Dedicated Fleet
-Enters & uploads driver's routes to carrier portal
Other related duties as assigned
Able to multitask and meet daily deadlines
Qualifications/Competencies
Education & Experience
Grade 12 or equivalent education
Minimum 1 -3 years' experience   
Familiarity with WMS System is advantageous

Light physical demand
Duties have a moderate impact on the department while errors may affect the work of others in the department

Overtime occasionally required
Compensation
Salary Range: $34,000 - $45,000 per annum
