  • Teach and progress speed mechanics, agility drills, plyometrics, and change of direction skills
  • Modify and scale programs appropriately based on age, ability level, and training experience
  • Monitor and track athlete/client progress through performance testing and ongoing assessments
  • Create a motivating, high-energy training environment that promotes accountability and growth
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional training space
  • Build strong relationships with clients and families through clear communication and leadership
  • Stay current with industry best practices, certifications, and performance training trends

Qualifications & Experience

  • Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), certified PT, or equivalent recognized certification
  • CPR certified
  • Post-secondary education in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or related field preferred
  • Athletic background in competitive sport (high school, collegiate, or professional level preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience coaching strength training and athletic performance
  • Strong understanding of speed development, agility, plyometrics, and change of direction mechanics
  • Ability to manage and lead groups confidently while delivering individualized coaching
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Passion for athletic development and long-term performance growth
  • Capable of posting content on social media
