We are building Fit Minds Academy into a long-term, authoritative educational brand, and SEO is a key pillar of that growth.
Objective
We are looking for a highly experienced SEO expert who can help our website rank organically for all subjects we teach, including but not limited to:
Math tutor
Calculus tutor
Physics tutor
Academic tutoring keywords
Subject-specific and location-based keywords
This is a serious, long-term SEO cycle (6–9 months) and is NOT a quick-win project.
Important: Compensation Terms (Read Carefully)
This is a performance-based SEO role
Payment is released ONLY after measurable SEO results are achieved
Results include improved keyword rankings, organic traffic growth, and visible search presence
No payment will be made if results are not delivered
Once results start showing and milestones are met (enrollment of a 100 new students), full payment will be released + Bonuses

What You Will Do
1. Initial SEO Audit
Full technical SEO audit (site structure, speed, indexing, mobile usability)
On-page SEO audit (titles, meta descriptions, headers, internal linking)
Content audit (blogs, service pages, duplicate/thin content)
Keyword gap and competitor analysis
Identify ranking opportunities for tutoring-related keywords
2. Strategy & Feedback
Provide a clear SEO roadmap for a 6–9 month growth cycle
Prioritize actions based on impact
Give actionable feedback on what must be fixed or improved
Communicate progress and recommendations regularly
3. Content & Blog Optimization
Review all existing blog posts
Optimize blogs for search intent and target keywords
Rewrite or improve content to meet SEO best practices
Fix internal linking, formatting, and keyword placement
Ensure content aligns with educational authority standards
4. Ongoing Website Optimization
Continuously fix and improve website pages to rank higher
Optimize service pages for tutoring keywords
Improve site structure for better crawlability and UX
Implement schema, internal links, and SEO enhancements
Monitor rankings and adjust strategy as needed
5. Long-Term SEO Growth
Build topical authority for math, calculus, physics, and academic tutoring
Improve organic visibility across multiple subjects
Track keyword performance and organic traffic growth
Ensure SEO aligns with Google's latest algorithm updates
Requirements
Proven experience ranking educational or tutoring websites
Strong understanding of Google SEO best practices
Ability to work independently and proactively
Comfortable with results-based compensation only
Clear communication and transparency
Contract duration of more than 6 months.
