We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our core team, contributing directly to the development of our own product and collaborating closely with our founder and global team to drive meaningful impact.
This is a full-time permanent role.
Flexibility to take on other client job offers while being a key part of our startup journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing both front-end and back-end systems, ensuring that all parts of the product work seamlessly together.
- Design and implement the necessary infrastructure to support the product's growth, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
- Create and manage server-side applications and APIs, focusing on efficient processing, secure data management, and integration with front-end systems.
- Write clean, maintainable code, conduct thorough testing, and ensure high-quality deliverables while minimizing bugs.
- Design and manage databases, ensuring data integrity, security, and optimal performance through well-structured queries.
- Oversee the deployment of applications to production, monitor system performance, and implement necessary updates or improvements to keep the product optimized.
- Ensure the security of applications and data, implementing the necessary safeguards and following best practices to protect user information and prevent vulnerabilities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies. Integrate relevant advancements to improve the functionality, security, and performance of our products.
- Create and maintain technical documentation to support the development process, ensuring clarity and easy understanding of systems for future team members.
Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in front-end technologies (Flutter and Dart, and frameworks like React or Angular).
- Strong experience with back-end languages , Python) and frameworks (Express, Django, Spring, etc.)
- Experience in developing and utilizing RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.
- Understanding of deployment processes and tools (Docker, CI/CD pipelines, cloud services like AWS, Google Cloud, MongoDB)
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a passion for solving complex technical challenges.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, including participation in discussions and brainstorming sessions.
- Able to work independently.
