We are a fast-growing digital agency looking for one highly skilled individual to join us as a full-time Developer + Designer.
This is NOT for agencies or teams.
We are looking for one person only who wants to work closely with the agency owner as a long-term assistant and right-hand.
Role Overview
You will handle:
WordPress revisions, builds, and troubleshooting
Shopify revisions, theme customization, and product setup
Full website builds (WordPress + Shopify)
Landing page design and development
Website redesigns and CRO improvements
Speed optimization
Plugin & app integrations
Basic technical SEO implementation
Ongoing client revisions and support tickets
You must also be a:
Professional Figma designer (able to design full websites from scratch)
Strong in Canva for quick assets, presentations, social creatives, and mockups
Comfortable creating wireframes, UI systems, and clean modern layouts
Some projects are small revisions. Others are full builds.
You must be comfortable switching between:
WordPress (Elementor, custom themes, WooCommerce)
Shopify (2.0 themes, custom sections, Liquid edits)
Figma (full UI/UX design)
Canva (brand and quick-turn creative work)
Schedule (Required)
Monday–Friday
8:00AM–5:00PM Pacific Standard Time
This is non-negotiable. You must be available during these hours.
We move fast and communicate throughout the day.
Who We're Looking For
3+ years WordPress experience
3+ years Shopify experience
Strong Figma portfolio (modern, conversion-focused websites)
Strong Canva skills
Excellent eye for clean, modern design
Understands CRO and layout psychology
Fluent English (written and verbal)
Organized and responsive
Takes ownership and solves problems independently
Wants long-term stability
You will work directly with the agency owner daily.

We want one reliable, skilled professional who wants long-term growth.

Examples of Canva work
Your hourly rate
Confirmation you can work 8AM–5PM PST
The word "Assistant" at the top of your proposal
Applications without portfolio examples will not be reviewed.
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
