We're picking up new projects at a rapid pace and expanding our fulfillment team to keep up with demand. We're looking to bring on 2-4 AI Automation Engineers who want to grow with a company, not just complete a task. You'll work directly alongside our founder and project managers, join our internal Slack, and have real input on how things get built. We invest in the people we work with - if you deliver, there's no ceiling on how much work and responsibility comes your way.
What You'll Work On
- Building and maintaining n8n workflows (cloud and self-hosted) across multiple client engagements
- Custom workflow development, API integrations, webhook configurations, and complex multi-step automation logic
- AI/LLM-powered tools and workflows (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
- CRM and platform integrations - n8n, GoHighLevel, Airtable, and more
- Full-stack development to support automation infrastructure
- Debugging, extending, and optimizing existing production systems
What You Need
- n8n proficiency - cloud, self-hosted, and Code nodes. Non-negotiable.
- Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills, particularly within n8n Code nodes
- Experience with Python, , Cloud Code, REST APIs, and database design
- Comfort working across the full stack when a project calls for it
- Familiarity integrating AI/LLM models into production workflows
- Clear, proactive communication - you flag blockers early, ask good questions, document your work, and write clearly in Slack and email. This matters as much as technical ability.
How This Works
- This is not a freelance gig. You'll be part of our core fulfillment team delivering client projects end to end.
- You'll start with a smaller scoped project so we can establish a working rhythm together
- From there, we ramp into larger builds and ongoing client work
- Compensation is project-based and hourly depending on the engagement
- Engineers who prove themselves become our first call on every new project
Interview Process
- A couple of conversations about your experience, problem-solving approach, and what you're looking for
- No unpaid trial work - you'll start with a real, paid project and we go from there
