Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Creative Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing high-quality creative assets across print, digital, web, email, and video to support lottery fundraising programs and marketing initiatives.
You will work closely with Marketing, Technology, and Operations teams to ensure creative deliverables are visually compelling, on-brand, technically sound, and delivered on time and on budget. From large-scale print campaigns to interactive digital experiences and email communications, your work will directly contribute to successful fundraising outcomes for our partners.
The ideal candidate brings a strong design portfolio, technical fluency across modern creative tools, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a high standard of creative execution.
Responsibilities
The role involves working on both print and digital design, including crafting print materials like brochures and ads, designing engaging digital experiences on websites and in email campaigns, video editing, and ensuring seamless website interactions with ticket ordering systems.
Responsible for graphic design, website and print/digital media creation, updates, maintenance, and administration for all assigned projects.
Design and printing of brochures, print ads, signage, billboards, or other print media.
Building and maintaining project-related websites.
Creating and programming commercial emails to send to mailing lists.
Designing brochures, signage, banners, ticket stock, and all other print media for assigned lottery projects.
Creation of digital marketing assets for social media in both static and video format.
Working with the marketing team to ensure marketing materials are delivered on time and on budget.
Qualifications
Background working in graphic design, website design, and video/motion graphics with portfolio
Ability to apply design principles and requirements outlined in creative briefs Ability to strategically pivot design components especially for repetitive and large asset libraries.
Strong organization and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and show initiative.
Staying current with emerging design trends and modern technologies.
Experience with HTML, PHP, Javascript and Wordpress and website troubleshooting when needed: min 3 years
Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign and Premier Pro: min 5 years
Experience in Canva: min 3 years
Experience in Figma: min 1 year
