Position Summary 

We are experiencing continuous growth and have an opening for a Project Manager. The Project Manager at PEAK Products will report to the Director of Strategic Operations & Implementation. 

As Project Manager, you'll drive strategic initiatives that shape PEAK's product innovation and operational excellence. The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects across manufacturing, supply chain, product development, and new product implementation. This role oversees cross-functional teams, manages stakeholder expectations, and ensures alignment with PEAK's operational and strategic objectives. We're looking for a collaborative leader who is highly organized and experienced in managing complex, multi-phase projects within fast-paced environments. This position is based in Richmond, BC, but may require occasional travel to suppliers or manufacturing facilities. 

This is a hybrid position—work onsite Monday to Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays. 

Key Responsibilities 

Project Leadership 

  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and budgets.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics.
  • Lead cross-functional project meetings and ensure alignment with project milestones.
  • Ensure adherence to PEAK Products' PMO standards, templates, and documentation.

Risk & Change Management 

  • Identifyrisks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain risk registers and issue action logs.
  • Lead change management processes and scope adjustments usingPEAKgovernance frameworks.

Stakeholder Engagement 

  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare executive summaries, dashboards, and project updates for leadership.
  • Coordinate across engineering, supply chain, operations, production, finance, and vendor partners.

Financial & Resource Management 

  • Track project budgets, forecasts, and cost performance.
  • Partner with the department leads tomanageresource needs and capacity.
  • Align project outcomes with PEAK's operational and financial targets.

Quality & Compliance 

  • Ensure deliverables meet PEAK Products' quality standards and customer expectations.
  • Maintaindocumentation aligned with corporate and operational compliance requirements.
  • Lead lessons learned reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications 

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification isrequired, ormust be actively working toward obtaining it.
  • 5+ years of end-to-end project management experience in manufacturing, supply chain, operations, engineering, or product development environments.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and multi-stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Proficiencywith project tools such as MS Project, Monday, Jira, or equivalent.
  • Experience within manufacturing, global sourcing, or technical product development is preferred.
  • Vendor and supplier management experience is preferred.

Compensation: $95,000 to 115,000 depending on experience
