What You Can Expect :

  • Develop detailed pricing models and resource plans using advanced Excel tools, including macros, to support RFQs and warehouse solution proposals.
  • Design cost-effective warehouse and supply chain solutions aligned with client requirements and operational capabilities.
  • Partner with Tender Management, Contract Logistics, and Warehousing Solutions teams on international opportunities.
  • Lead solution planning across the full project lifecycle — from concept and pricing through build and implementation.
  • Identify and drive process improvements to enhance consistency, scalability, and operational reliability in both tender and live project environments.
  • Create and maintain structured project plans, managing timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication; escalate issues when necessary.
  • Balance multiple priorities and deadlines while ensuring accuracy and quality across all deliverables.
  • Analyze warehouse operations, workflows, and performance data to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Engineering, and IT to implement optimized processes and ensure system integration.
  • Support warehouse layout design and equipment planning, including racking, material handling equipment, and infrastructure needs.
  • Develop and document SOPs and operational processes, ensuring disciplined execution and adherence across sites.
  • Support new project setups in coordination with QS, IT, Operations, and Account Management, including invoice validation and documentation control.
  • Contribute to special projects and cross-functional initiatives as required.

What You Bring:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in pricing solutions and project management within warehouse and distribution or contract logistics environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Business Management, Operations Management, or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage.
  • Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and end-to-end supply chain processes.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex modeling and data analysis; strong command of other MS Office tools.
  • Confident working with systems and technology platforms used in warehouses and supply chain environments.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal; additional languages are an asset.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and all levels of management.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to operate effectively in multicultural settings.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally, including short-notice assignments.
