Location - This role is in-person at North Campus Edmonton.

The Dental Materials Reprocessing Clerk (DMRC) is responsible for the assembly of various dental kits and the cleaning and disinfection of carts, containers and dental materials and equipment used in all dental clinics in the School of Dentistry.
The DMRC is responsible for receiving supplies in the Material Management Reprocessing Centre, ensuring these products are appropriately labeled and stored according to the ADA&C and provincial and federal hazardous material regulations. The Dental Materials reprocessing Clerk monitors expiry dates and rotates perishable supplies to ensure inventory is optimized.
Knowledge of infection control protocol, dental products, supply management and the material requirements for various dental clinics an asset. The Dental Materials reprocessing Clerk must be able to apply established supply policies while meeting the demands of each specific clinical area.
All carts (materials, equipment, supplies) received from the dental clinics will have to be processed (cleaned, disinfected, etc) by the end of the day to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the clinic operations. 
Assigned shifts may be between 8:00am to 7:00pm Monday to Friday
The DMRC may be assigned to assist in the Central Sterilization department, Dispensary, Simulation Lab or to other areas when operationally required.
This is a recurring position and there are inactive periods that will be based in accordance with the School's operational requirements for the Fall, Winter and Spring terms start and end periods. The approximate inactive time periods may be between 5-6 weeks and can include: late April – late August, a week in November, mid December – early January and a week in February.
