Position Summary
The B2B Reservations Agent is responsible for assisting and supporting B2B Reservations Manager for thl in North America, ensuring operational excellence, partner satisfaction, and alignment with thl's commercial goals. This role plays a pivotal part in maintaining partner relationships, optimizing rental revenue, supporting the Motek reservation system, and ensuring trade partner & guest satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
B2B Reservations
- Process and confirm B2B bookings accurately and efficiently
- Onboard new trade partners
- Product and pricing setup in Motek
- Respond to inquiries from internal teams (branch, Scheduling, CDC) in a timely and accurate way
- Identify and escalate system-related issues in Motek, and assist in testing solutions
- Maintain documentation related to rate releases, booking protocols, and special offers
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support team and business objectives.
Partner Support
- Communicate with trade partners to provide reservation support and product updates
- Deliver ongoing training and communications to Trade Partners to enhance brand and product awareness—this includes hosting Teams Live townhalls and distributing monthly "All the Bizz" email updates.
Team Collaboration
- Participate in team meetings and contribute insights to improve reservation processes.
- Support training initiatives led by the B2B Reservations Manager, including system usage and partner education.
Skill Set, Education and Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience within the automotive/RV industry.
- Experience in asset management in a fleet environment is an asset.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relations with others both internally and externally to achieve the goals of the organization
- Communicate effectively by speaking, listening, and writing in a clear, thorough and timely manner using appropriate and effective communication tools and techniques.
- Work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problems and make decisions that enhance the organization's effectiveness.
- Anticipate, understand, and respond to the needs of internal and external clients to meet or exceed their expectations within the organization's parameters.
- Effectively assess situations to determine the importance, urgency, and risks, and make clear and timely decisions.
- Evaluate problem situations to identify causes, gather and process relevant information, generate possible solutions and make recommendations and or/resolve the problem.
- Proven success in the development and implementation of program improvements for cost-saving measures.
- Excellent organizational, strategic, planning and implementation skills.
- Detailed oriented and the ability to follow through.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Required to sit for an extended period.
- Shift work may include weekends and statutory holidays; early morning start and/or late finish.
- Environment can be noisy at times.
- Travel if necessary.
