Quoting customers using our 360 portal and our in house system Ensuring Quotes are sent accurately and with a fast turn around Following up quotes with customers via phone and asking relevant questions to secure the booking Competition mapping Feeding back any information that could help secure future bookings for customers to management/team leader Required Good Customer service skills
Emailing/speaking to customers in a polite and friendly manner Attention to detail Able to use basic maths with use of a calculator Good basic I.T skills
