Kitchen Crew

As a Kitchen Crew Member, you're the backbone of our restaurant. You'll prepare great‑tasting food, keep the kitchen running smoothly, and help create the quality guests expect from A&W. If you enjoy hands‑on work, staying active, and being part of a fast‑moving team, this role is a great fit, especially if you want flexible hours that work around school, sports, or your first steps into the workforce.

• Prepare A&W menu items following food‑safety and quality standards
• Cook burgers, fries, breakfast items, and other products efficiently
• Assemble food orders accurately and quickly during busy periods

• Keep workstations stocked, organized, and clean
• Restock fridges, freezers, and ingredient stations
• Monitor food levels and communicate needs to the team

• Follow all food‑safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices
• Clean and sanitize equipment, counters, prep surfaces, and utensils
• Take out garbage, sweep, mop, and help maintain a clean kitchen environment

• Work closely with Supervisors, Cashiers and other team members
• Communicate clearly during rush periods
• Support the team and contribute to a positive, fun workplace
