Millwright/ Steel Fabricator

Position Summary
Are you a hands-on problem solver who enjoys both mechanical work and fabrication? We're looking for a skilled Millwright / Fabricator to join our team and play a key role in keeping our equipment running efficiently while fabricating custom components to support our operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and minimize downtime.
• Replace bearings, gearboxes, motors, belts, and hydraulic/pneumatic components.
• Read blueprints, mechanical drawings, and schematics.
• Fabricate, weld, and modify metal components as needed.
• Support equipment upgrades and plant improvements.

Qualifications and Experience:

• At least two years of proven experience working as a Millwright, Industrial Mechanic or a Steel Fabricator within a manufacturing facility environment.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Welding experience (MIG/TIG/Stick).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and rotating equipment.
• Strong attention to safety and quality.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $26.00-$34.00 per hour

Experience:
