Job Overview – Store Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Store Manager who is ready to fully invest themselves in the growth and success of our business. This is not just a management role — it is a leadership position for someone who takes ownership, leads by example, and treats the business as their own.

The ideal candidate is highly motivated, hands-on, and willing to go above and beyond to ensure operational excellence, team performance, and an exceptional customer experience. (Full-Time Only)

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow
  • Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain high performance standards
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally
  • Manage scheduling, inventory, and store presentation
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive growth
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and brand standards
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; a strong desire to learn is essential.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with supervising or assistant manager experience highly valued.
  • Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively across various responsibilities such as stocking, merchandising, and administrative tasks.
  • Knowledge of retail math, POS systems, inventory management, pricing strategies, and sales management practices is advantageous.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic bookkeeping functions like payroll processing.
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends; willingness to participate in ongoing training & development programs for career growth.
