Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Pizza Cook to join our vibrant restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing delicious pizzas and other menu items, ensuring high-quality food service, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. Duties

• Prepare and cook pizzas according to standard recipes and customer specifications
• Assist in food preparation, including chopping ingredients, assembling toppings, and portioning dough
• Ensure all food handling practices meet safety and sanitation standards
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, mixers, and prep stations
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and organizing supplies
• Serve customers at the counter or via take-out orders with professionalism and friendliness
• Follow food safety guidelines to prevent contamination and ensure quality standards are met
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders during busy periods

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred but not required
• Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols
• Strong understanding of food handling procedures and sanitation standards
• Excellent serving skills with a friendly attitude towards customers
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of meal preparation and food industry practices is desirable
• Flexibility to work during peak hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
