We are hiring a UAE-based Chief Technology Officer to lead our technology, data, AI, and growth infrastructure.
This is a hands-on leadership role focused on building scalable systems that directly impact revenue, margins, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the company's Shopify and eCommerce technology stack
• Lead CRO initiatives, A/B testing, and experimentation frameworks
• Integrate AI systems across support, operations, analytics, and automation
• Coordinate data flow between ads platforms, email systems, and backend systems
• Improve attribution, tracking, and performance visibility
• Hire and manage developers, agencies, and technical vendors
• Design long-term technical roadmap aligned with business growth
We are looking for someone who:
• Has 8+ years in eCommerce or digital-first businesses
• Has worked deeply with Shopify ecosystems
• Understands performance marketing data and attribution models
• Has experience implementing AI or automation systems
• Is commercially sharp and outcome-focused
• Is based in the UAE
Nice to Have:
• Experience scaling multi-country DTC brands
• Experience managing distributed tech teams
• Exposure to data infrastructure and analytics tools
This role reports directly to the founder and will shape the company's technology and growth infrastructure over the next phase of expansion.
Compensation:
Competitive base salary + performance-linked incentives.
Full-time UAE-based role.
