I'm looking for an experienced website developer + CRM specialist to help improve and expand my dog training, pet sitting, and boarding business systems.
I already have a functioning website, but I want to customize and optimize it to better fit my business needs. I'm looking for someone who is willing to review my current setup with me, understand what's working, what's not, and help build a more streamlined, scalable system.
This is not a one-time project — I'm looking for a long-term working relationship for ongoing website management, updates, and upgrades.
Scope of Work:
Review my existing website and systems
Redesign/refine the website for better user flow and conversions
Build or customize a CRM system to:
Capture and organize leads
Track sales funnels, follow-ups, and conversions
Create a secure client portal that can:
Accept payments
Store sensitive client information (addresses, contact info, service history)
Connect the CRM to a landing page for Google Ads
Set up proper conversion tracking and analytics
Security Is a Must:
Experience with secure payment processing and encrypted data handling
Strong understanding of user authentication, data privacy, and best practices
Ability to explain how data is protected
Ideal Freelancer:
Proven website development experience (WordPress, Webflow, or custom builds)
Strong CRM experience (custom, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, ClickUp, Airtable, etc.)
Familiar with Google Ads tracking and lead attribution
Clear communicator and detail-oriented
Open to ongoing support and long-term collaboration
Project Type:
Initial build + setup
Ongoing management and upgrades (retainer or as-needed)
