I need someone who understands luxury beauty aesthetics, clean visuals, and polished "magazine-ready" results.
Long-term collaboration potential.
Scope
Format: Vertical 9:16
Length: 30 seconds
Frequency: 10 videos per month
MUST HAVE
Strong color grading skills (natural skin tones, no over-smoothing, no heavy filters)
Experience with beauty / skincare / fashion content
Understanding of pacing for Shorts (strong hook in first 2–3 seconds)
Before applying, answer:
When editing beauty content, what is the first thing you adjust in skin tones?
How do you avoid over-smoothing skin while still improving color?
Do you use LUTs or manual color correction?

Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 30 hours per week.
