Are you passionate about finance and looking to make a difference in the waste management industry? We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Officer to join our dynamic team
Position: Accounting Supervisor-Analyst
Location: Batangas City
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable
Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and records
Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
Ensure compliance with local tax laws and company policies
Monitor and control expenses, ensuring proper documentation
Coordinate with external auditors during audits
Support month-end and year-end closing activities
Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Proven experience as an Accounting Analyst or similar role
Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Tally)
Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently under pressure
Good communication and teamwork skills
