We are building NestrOS, a compliance-native operating system that unifies mortgage, protection, estate sales, and lettings workflows for UK regulated financial services.
This is NOT:
A CRM configuration
A marketing automation widget
A chatbot product
This is:
The workflow and compliance backbone
The structured operating layer
The system advisers and estate staff work in daily
The control engine that syncs structured outputs back to Smarter 365
Smarter 365 remains the regulatory system of record (initially).
NestrOS becomes the operational control system.
The system must:

Block CRM progression if compliance fails
Provide commission visibility
Scale 5× without architectural rewrite
