Electric Propulsion Systems Engineer

A highly skilled engineer is sought to lead the development and integration of advanced electric propulsion systems for hybrid eVTOL aircraft.

This role involves collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to design, integrate, and validate high-performance propulsion systems. The successful candidate will be a key driver in defining system-level requirements, validating performance, and ensuring certification compliance.

  1. Lead system-level design and integration of electric propulsion units (EPUs), including motors, inverters, thermal management components
Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and optimize propulsion performance across operational scenarios—hover transition cruise
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in aerospace or automotive systems engineering covering all phases of the product lifecycle. A strong background in systems engineering cross-disciplinary integration is also essential.
