We are an agricultural manufacturer specializing in the production of TMR mixers, spreaders and dump boxes. With over 25 years in business, we've proven to be a leader in the development and production of innovative and robust agricultural farm equipment.
We have two production facilities in Ontario located in Glencoe and Thamesville. Our products are manufactured in our Glencoe facility and then transported to Thamesville for final assembly and shipping.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a Production Supervisor to join our leadership team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves to keep things moving, and has a talent for making sense of a wide range of parts and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example, actively engaging on the floor while supporting your team's performance and growth
- Receive production targets and ensure the right staffing and task delegation to meet them
- Provide effective, hands-on training and coaching to employees
- Promote and uphold a positive, team-oriented culture – addressing concerns quickly and constructively
- Monitor productivity and product quality, offering guidance and correction as needed
- Provide feedback to management to improve processes and support continuous improvement
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new team members
- Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, attendance, and performance feedback
Our Ideal Candidate
- Has 5+ years of experience in a production/manufacturing environment
- Has 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
- Is a natural busy-body who thrives in a hands-on environment
- Values attitude and teamwork – knows how to lead without toxicity and contribute to a positive culture
- Has strong organizational skills and can handle large volumes of part numbers and details with ease
- Communicates clearly, inspires accountability, and knows how to balance encouragement with discipline
- Has solid computer skills (Excel, ERP) and strong problem-solving ability
