Condominium Manager
Lead, organize, and elevate the daily operations of a large condominium community.
At Duka, our Condominium Managers play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of the communities we manage. You'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of a Condominium Corporation, working closely with the Regional Manager, Board of Directors, residents, trades, and on-site staff.

Our Ideal Candidate Brings
5+ years of experience in condominium management
A General Licence and/or R.C.M. designation
Strong computer and administrative skills
Excellent communication, leadership, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
What You'll Do
As a Condominium Manager, you will take ownership of the daily operations of your assigned property. Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Operations & Administration
Oversee the day-to-day management of the condominium property
Prepare Property Management Reports and Board meeting packages
Ensure timely collection of Common Element Fees and follow up on arrears
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and contracted services
Oversee insurance renewals and compliance with the Condominium Act, 1998
Staff & Team Management
Recruit, train, and supervise on-site staff
Conduct performance evaluations and implement corrective actions as needed
Ensure all staff are trained under the Occupational Health & Safety Act and other applicable legislations
Foster a professional and collaborative on-site team environment
Communication & Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, owners, trades, and the Board of Directors
Address inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally
Build positive working relationships that enhance resident satisfaction and community well-being
Compliance & Oversight
Ensure the property meets all safety and regulatory requirements
Monitor operational, maintenance, and financial activities to ensure accuracy and compliance
Assist with ad hoc projects, special reports, or management initiatives as required
