We are looking for a Millwright (open to various certification levels) to join our Maintenance team. They will work 2nd shift, which runs steady afternoons from 3 pm to 11 pm. This is not a new position & although we love AI, your application will be reviewed by real people This role supports the ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of production and packaging equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Our production operations run the full duration of 2nd shift, so this team member will support urgent requests to ensure uptime, as well as preventative maintenance. 
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and packaging equipment
Support equipment changeovers, setups, and line start-ups
Respond to unplanned downtime and perform corrective maintenance
Execute preventative maintenance (PM) programs
Work closely with Production, Sanitation, and QA teams to maximize equipment uptime
Follow all GMP, food safety, and health & safety requirements
Complete work orders and maintenance documentation accurately
Perform basic electrical troubleshooting
Support facility maintenance as required
Your Experience & Qualifications
Millwright Apprentice, Certified Industrial Millwright (433A), or Red Seal Millwright
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment (food manufacturing / GMP is an asset)
Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Experience with conveyors, packaging equipment (Multivac, cartoners, conveyors, etc.), and automated systems
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Strong safety mindset with high attention to detail
Welding or fabrication experience an asset
Hourly Rate
Apprentice Millwright: $28–$34/hr
Certified Industrial Millwright (433A): $36–$40/hr
Red Seal Millwright: $40–$44/hr
2nd Shift (Afternoon)premium: $1/hour
