We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time temporary Accounting Assistant to join our Finance team in Langley, BC.  

This temporary role is expected to last 3 months.

Reporting to the Manager, Finance, you will be responsible for working with and supporting the Treasury Services team with a focus on cash-up and accounts receivable business processes and administrative duties.   

You will be responsible for:

• Communicating with vendors through phone and email regarding debit balances owing to PFG.
• Tracking and documenting conversations with vendors.
• Providing management with daily updates on collection efforts.
• Maintaining tracking spreadsheets.
   

You have:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

You are:

• Detail-oriented with attention to accuracy. 
• Able to multi-task with strong problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team setting.
