Nursery Practitioner - Level 2

Position: Level 2 Practitioner + Recognition Bonus (Pro Rata)

Hours: Permanent | 40 hours per week | £26,291.20 (£12.64 p/h) | Monday – Friday

At Footsteps, we pride ourselves on creating a nurturing environment for children from birth to 5 years. Our nursery, rated Good by Ofsted (January 2025), features three cozy buildings designed to feel like a home away from home. Every week, our children engage in Jo Jingles, a fun music program that enhances their learning experience. We understand that early childhood is crucial for lifelong outcomes, and we are committed to delivering exceptional care and education.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Passionate: A genuine love for working with children.
• Flexible: Able to work shifts between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
• Committed: Dedicated to continual professional development.
• Knowledgeable: Familiar with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Qualified: Hold qualifications such as NNEB, BTEC Nat Dip, CACHE Dip in Childcare, NVQ Level 3, or EY Educator.
