- Full-time: 40 hours per week (5 days)
- Salary: £29,660.80 per annum + £1,000 Welcome Bonus*

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:
- Ensure that each child’s individual needs are met, delivering high-quality professional care and education in a safe and secure environment.
- Observe, assess, and plan engaging early years activities that support each child’s unique learning and development.
- Be an active team member, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to develop new skills.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and applied.
- Follow risk assessments diligently and report all health and safety matters to management.
- Support the holistic development of children, including their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth.

What You Need to SucceedAs a Nursery Practitioner, you will need:
- Full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification - essential
- Fluency in written and spoken English - essential
- Over 1 year’s experience working in Early Years - desirable
- Knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements - desirable
