Nursery Practitioner - Level 3

Position: Level 3 Practitioner

Type: Permanent | Monday – Friday | 30 hours per week

Salary: £13.01 per hour

Located in a charming period property with a stunning outdoor garden, our nursery features an on-site forest school and an outside classroom. We provide quality childcare for children from birth to 5 years, creating a stimulating environment where children learn through a mix of adult-led and child-initiated activities.

As a Level 3 Practitioner, you will:

• Deliver engaging learning experiences and planned activities for your key group, providing outstanding opportunities for children.
• Collaborate with your team to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children.
• Partner with parents to meet the developmental outcomes for children.
• Assess and report on children's progress to support their continued development.
• Bring passion and inspiration to your role, actively engaging in your own professional learning and development.
• Foster a fun, caring, and friendly atmosphere.
• Promote a high-quality learning environment.

We need someone who:

• Has a genuine passion and commitment to working in childcare.
• Can work shifts between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with flexibility between 25 - 40 hours per week.
• Is committed to continual professional development.
• Possesses sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Holds relevant qualifications such as NNEB, BTEC National Diploma, CACHE Diploma in Childcare, NVQ Level 3, or EY Educator.
