Position: Level 2 Nursery Practitioner

Hours: 40 hours per week

Schedule: Monday - Friday, All year round

Salary: £25,750.40

Your Role as a Nursery Practitioner

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:

  • Ensure each child’s individual needs are met, delivering high-quality care and education in a safe environment.
  • Observe, assess, and plan engaging activities that cater to each child’s learning and development.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team, showcasing a flexible attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and applied.
  • Follow risk assessments diligently and report any health and safety matters to management.
  • Support the holistic development of children, focusing on their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth.

What You Need to Succeed
  • Full and relevant Level 2 childcare qualification: Essential
  • Fluency in written and spoken English: Essential
  • Over 1 year’s experience in Early Years: Desirable
  • Knowledge of the Statutory Framework for the EYFS: Desirable
